What we collect when you use the calculators
- Birth details you enter (name, date, time, place) are used only to generate your report on this visit.
- Email Report sends a plain-text summary only if you choose to email it; we use the address you provide for that one message.
- City search uses our own city list on this server — your search text is not sent to third-party map APIs.
- Saved profiles require a free account — you must be signed in to save. A saved profile is stored in your account on our servers so you can reopen it on any device, and a copy is kept in your browser on the device you used. Clearing your browser data removes the local copy; you can delete the stored profiles anytime from My Profiles. Avoid staying signed in on a shared or public device.
- Share links you create contain the birth date, time, and place (not the name) so the chart can be reopened. Anyone with the link can view that chart, so share it only with people you trust.
Accounts (optional)
- You can use every calculator without an account. Creating one is optional and free.
- If you register, we store your email address, an optional display name, and a securely hashed (never plain-text) version of your password.
- When you save a profile to your account, we store only the inputs you entered (such as name, date, time, place, coordinates, gender) so you can reopen it on any device. We do not store computed charts or reports.
- Your email is used only to verify your address and to let you recover your password. We do not send marketing email.
- You can delete your account at any time from My Profiles (Delete my account). This permanently removes your profile, email, and all saved profiles from our servers.
Logs and hosting
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not sell your personal data.
