About the Age - Aayu Calculator

The Age Calculator tells you exactly how old you are — in years, months, and days — from your date of birth to today (or any date you choose). It also shows the same span in months, weeks, and total days, the day of the week you were born, and how long until your next birthday.

How age is calculated

Your age is counted in complete years, months, and days. For example, someone born on 15 March 1990 is, on 20 May 2026, exactly 36 years, 2 months, and 5 days old. The calculator follows the calendar method used in everyday life and on official forms.

Leap years and 29 February

Leap years are handled automatically, so February’s extra day is always counted correctly. If you were born on 29 February, your birthday is observed on 1 March in years that aren’t leap years.

Nothing you enter is uploaded — calculations happen in your browser session, and any saved dates stay on your own device.

Yes for a reliable reading. Age depends on the ascendant and house lords, which shift with the birth time — so enter the exact time with the correct AM/PM and pick your city from the suggestions. A rough time can still give a broad sense, but house-based results may change.
