What decides whether marriage will be good for me in the Kundli?

Because doshas are only one of the six things weighed, and usually not the heaviest. A chart with no dosha at all can still have a 7th lord fallen into the 6th, 8th or 12th house, a debilitated or combust spouse significator, or a Navamsa that withdraws what the birth chart promised - and any of those outweighs a clean dosha check. Does a No mean I should not get married?

No, and it is worth being plain about this. A No means the opposing factors in the chart currently outweigh the supporting ones, so marriage would ask more of you than it gives back as things stand. All three of the things that change that are changeable: the partner, the timing, and the strength of whichever significator is weak. The partner matters most of the three - classical practice treats a well-matched chart as the working remedy for a weak 7th house, which is the whole reason horoscope matching exists, so run both charts through Kundli Milan before drawing conclusions. What the chart is asked

Classical practice never reads marriage from one placement. Six things are weighed, and this calculator scores each of them separately so you can see which carried the answer:

The 7th house - the kalatra bhava, the seat of marriage. Who occupies it, who aspects it, and whether the sign on it is fixed, movable or dual.
The 7th lord - the planet that carries the marriage. Its dignity, the house it has gone to, whether it is combust, retrograde or under malefic pressure. A 7th lord fallen into the 6th, 8th or 12th is the single heaviest factor against a marriage in the whole reading.
The kalatra karaka - the spouse significator. Venus in a male chart, Jupiter in a female one, with the other counted at lower weight.
The houses that sustain married life - the 2nd (family and what you keep), the 4th (domestic peace, where a marriage is actually lived) and the 11th (whether it fulfils what you wanted from it).

Every factor adds or removes points from a neutral 50, and the total becomes a marriage-support score out of 100. The answer is Yes at 42 and above, and that cut sits deliberately below the midpoint. Doshas are checked with their cancellations

Manglik Dosha is counted from the Lagna only, over the houses 1, 4, 7, 8 and 12. Reports that also count it from the Moon and from Venus, and add the 2nd house, end up calling roughly nine charts in ten Manglik - at which point it has stopped being a dosha and become a statistic. Here the Moon and Venus references only describe how insistently an existing dosha repeats, and the bhanga rules are checked in every case. A cancelled Manglik is reported and scored as neither for nor against, because that is what it is.

A no is about the chart as it stands, and the three things that change it are all changeable: the partner, the timing, and the strength of whichever significator is weak.
