Griha Yoga is the combination in a Vedic birth chart that shows the promise of owning a home, land, or immovable property. It is read mainly from the 4th house — the sukha sthana of home, land, comforts, and vehicles — along with its lord and the natural karakas of property.

What the calculator reads

• The 4th house and its lord — its dignity, placement, and any benefic or malefic influence.
• The property karakas — Mars (land and real estate), Saturn (construction and immovable property), Venus (comforts, luxury, vehicles), and the Moon (home and dwelling).
• The 2nd and 11th houses (accumulated assets and gains) and their lords, and the Lagna lord's link to the 4th.

The strength meter and timing

Every supporting or weakening factor is scored transparently and shown on a property-yoga strength meter (0–100%) with a verdict band. The calculator then computes your Vimshottari Dasha from the Moon's nakshatra and highlights the Mahadasha and Antardasha windows of your property significators — translating them into the ages and years most favourable to buy or build a house.
