What is Tithi Kshaya Dosha?
A Tithi Kshaya (also Avama or decayed tithi) is a lunar day so short that it starts and ends between two sunrises and is "lost" from the calendar. It happens when the Moon moves fast relative to the Sun. This tool estimates it from the Moon–Sun speed at birth: a short tithi is kshaya-prone. It is a subtle panchang factor.
