What is a Trimsamsa chart?
The thirtieth divisional chart (D30, Trimshamsha). Parashara does not split the sign into thirty equal degrees. He uses five unequal bands of 5, 5, 8, 7 and 5 degrees, reversed in even signs, mapped to Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Mercury and Venus. The twelve houses are read from the Trimsamsa of the rising sign as house 1. Classical practice uses it for misfortunes and arishta.
Does a weak D30 mean I will always be ill or unlucky?
No. A planet that looks strong in the birth chart but falls to a weak Trimsamsa tends to deliver more friction than it appears to; the reverse also holds. That is a modifier, not a verdict, and it is not a medical diagnosis. Dasha, the natal 6th lord and ordinary care still matter. For health questions, see a doctor.
How is this different from Health Issue or Accident Possibility?
Health Issue in Kundli reads the D1 6th for a health flavour. Accident Possibility is a separate injury reading. This page draws the D30 chart itself. Mrityu Bhaga is a sensitive-degree table, not this varga. None of those pages replaces medical advice.
How is this different from Kundli Maker or an equal 1-degree D30?
Same D30 mathematics and the same D30 lagna as house 1. Kundli Maker is the full natal file. This page is only the Trimsamsa. It is not a Western-style thirtieth harmonic of one degree each. Bhamsha (D27) is strengths and weaknesses. Vimsopaka Bala includes D30 as one weighted varga in a 20-point score.
Is the 6th from D30 lagna my disease?
It is the classical house of arishta in this chart - disease, enemies and daily friction - not a diagnosis and not a timing. Read it with the natal 6th lord placed in D30, and with Saturn and Mars. Same sign in D1 and D30 is an echo, not vargottama - that test is D1 = D9 on the Vargottama Planet Finder.
Why does the birth time still matter?
The bands are 5 to 8 degrees, wider than Navamsha, but Lagna still moves from one band into the next in a few minutes of clock time. Pick the city from the dropdown and use the recorded time. If the time is rounded, treat the chart as provisional.

Trimsamsa (D30, Trimshamsha) is not thirty equal degrees. Parashara divides each rasi into five unequal bands of 5, 5, 8, 7 and 5 degrees. Odd signs run Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Mercury and Venus (Agni, Vayu, Indra, Kubera, Varuna). Even signs reverse that order. Each band maps to that planet's own sign of the same parity, so grahas occupy only five signs. The Sun, Moon, Rahu and Ketu own no Trimshamsha.
