No. The Navamsha (D9) Chart (and the D9 dropdown on Kundli Maker) uses Lagnamsha - the Navamsha of the rising sign - as house 1, which is the usual marriage-and-dharma chart. This page uses the Karakamsha as house 1. The two match only when Lagnamsha and Karakamsha are the same D9 sign.
How is this different from Swamsha?
Same D9 sign, different question. Swamsha reads the flavour of that sign and the planets sitting there. This page draws the whole Navamsha from it as lagna, with house meanings from Karakamsha. Use Swamsha for the soul-nature note; use this for the chart.
Does this tell me if Karakamsha Raja Yoga is present?
