Is this a Kundli of my house?
No. This page is a room-placement guide. You name the facing of the main door and the kind of building. It does not use your birth time. For land and home in the birth chart use Property Ownership and the Home and Property - Chaturthamsha (D4) Chart.
Does facing change where the kitchen should go?
No. The kitchen still wants the South-East (Agneya), the master bedroom the South-West, and the puja the North-East. Facing mainly sets which wall holds the main door. An East-facing house does not move the kitchen to the front; it puts the door in the East and keeps fire in the South-East of the plot or flat.
Can I follow this in a city apartment?
Use the compass of the flat, not the tower. Builder stacks often fix the toilet and kitchen. Treat the plan as a guide for the stove wall, the bed, the puja shelf and the desk when a wet room cannot move. Keep the North-East of the flat lighter than the South-West. One compromise is common; it is not a reason to break a lease.
How is this different from the Vastu Dosha Calculator?

What if two rooms want the same corner?
Give the corner to the heavier classical use: South-East to the kitchen before a pantry, South-West to the master bedroom before a store, North-East to the puja before a desk. The second room takes its listed alternative (North-West kitchen, South or West bedroom, East shrine). If both still collide, that is a plan tension - note it, do not demolish for it. Griha Pravesh Muhurat is for the date you enter, not for this choice.
About Vastu Room Direction
Vastu Shastra places rooms by the eight compass directions (Ashta-disha), not by which way the sofa currently faces. Each octant has a deity and a use. North-East (Ishanya) stays light: water, shrine, open space. South-East (Agneya) is fire: the kitchen. South-West (Nairitya) is weight: the master bedroom, store and overhead tank. North-West (Vayavya) is air: guests, toilets, movement. The centre (Brahmasthan) is kept relatively open.
This calculator is a placement planner. You name the facing of the main door and the kind of building. It then lists the first-choice, second-choice and avoid zones for each room, and fills an eight-cell map. Facing mainly sets where the door sits. The kitchen does not jump to the front of the house when the door is East - it still wants the South-East of the plot or flat. This is not a scaled 9x9 mandala survey and not a birth chart.
