Is this a Kundli of my house?
No. This page is a floor-plan scorecard. You name the facing of the main door and which octant holds the kitchen, bedroom, toilet and other rooms. It does not use your birth time. For land and home in the birth chart use Property Ownership and the Home and Property - Chaturthamsha (D4) Chart.
How is this different from Vastu Dosha and Room Direction?
This page is a weighted 0-100 mark. The Vastu Dosha Calculator names clashes in a layout you already have. The Vastu Room Direction Calculator says where rooms should sit in a new plan. Score the house here; list defects there; plan rooms on the third page. None of them opens a Kundli.
Does a low score mean I should leave the house?
No. City flats often have a stacked wet core, a builder kitchen, or a South-facing door. A Fair or Weak total is a map of those compromises, not an order to move out. Start with the weakest bar if a renovation allows it. A Vastu architect or structural engineer is the right person for a real building.
Do skipped rooms lower the score?
No. Kitchen, bedroom and toilet are required and always counted. Optional rows you skip (puja, living, stairs, tank, well, septic) are left out of the total, so they do not punish the mark. Fill them when you know them; the extra rows can raise or lower the score once they are scored.
Why do kitchen, bedroom and toilet weigh more than stairs?
Those three rooms carry the main fire, rest and waste of the house in common home Vastu, so they move the 0-100 mark more than a staircase or a tank. Facing and plot shape also count. About Vastu Score
Vastu Shastra reads a house as a body of eight directions (Ashta-disha). North-East (Ishanya) is kept light: water, shrine, open space. South-East (Agneya) is fire: the kitchen. South-West (Nairitya) is weight: the master bedroom and stores. North-West (Vayavya) is air: guests, toilets, movement. A house Vastu score is a single mark for how those rooms sit, not a reading of the people who live there.
This calculator is a weighted scorecard. You name the facing of the main door and where the kitchen, bedroom, toilet and other rooms sit. Each row gets a mark out of ten (ideal, acceptable, caution, weak). Those marks are weighted - kitchen, bedroom and toilet count more than a staircase - and mixed into a 0-100 house score. Combo clashes (kitchen with toilet, puja with toilet) take extra points off. Skipped optional rooms are left out, so they do not punish the total. This is not a scaled 9x9 mandala survey and not a birth chart.
